We offer shipping
of standard-size wall charts via postal service.
Within Canada and the
United States, you have two options -
airmail and surface mail delivery. Outside of these
countries all shipping is via airmail.
Shipping and handling is automatically calculated by the
shopping cart so you don't have to do anything. The information provided here is
for your understanding of what is being automatically calculated in the shopping
cart.
All wall charts are shipped in a rugged 1.5" diameter
high-density cardboard tube with tight-fitting
plastic end caps that are further affixed with staples and sealed with shipping
tape.
We investigated the
price to ship our standard size wall charts by courier service. The chart has to
be shipped in a standard courier box and the courier charge is based on volume,
not weight. As a consequence, the courier shipping price of the chart was
disproportionately high relative to the price of the wall chart.
If you require
that the wall chart be sent by courier, we recommend United Parcel Service (UPS)
Air. UPS Ground shipping does not include brokerage and customs clearance
charges. The brokerage fee they charge you may be a flat rate that is higher
than the purchase price of the wall chart. UPS Air includes these charges.
Please contact our
customer service
by e-mail, specifying your postal address and the quantity of wall charts you
desire. We will determine a price to courier that quantity to your location.
For shipments outside Canada and the United States, there is only one level of
UPS service and it must be shipped by air.
We offer shipping
via postal service. You have two options - airmail and surface delivery.
Airmail
takes approximately two (2) weeks to deliver to most countries.
Surface
mail within Canada and the United States can take six to eight (6-8) weeks. The service name,
however, is a misnomer. It is actually airmail too, but product that is sent by
"surface mail" is held until an air container is completely full.
If your product happens to arrive when the container is just about full, you
could see your product as early as a week or so. However, if your product
just missed the last container, then it could take upwards of eight weeks to
receive your order.

Multiple Unit Shipping Prices
Up to five charts can be shipped in one tube. The shipping
price doubles for every multiple of five units.
For example, 1-5 units, shipped in one
tube is the base price as per the table above. Twelve wall charts would
require three shipping tubes. If these were shipped to France (Europe), the
shipping cost would be 3 x $7.50 = US $22.50.
Multiple shipping tubes are taped together as a single unit, to
a maximum of five tubes per shipment unit.

outside of Canada are not required to pay any taxes on their order.

Residents in Canada, but outside of Ontario, are required to pay GST or HST.

in Ontario are required to pay GST and PST.
